CHIEF ATTORNEY, CHICAGO TRANSIT AUTHORITY

Bianca Brown is the Chief Attorney, Torts Litigation, for the Chicago Transit Authority. Before joining the CTA, Ms. Brown served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, an Assistant Attorney General for the Illinois Attorney General’s Office, and an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago.

Ms. Brown earned her B.As in Political Science and Government at the University of Illinois and her J.D. at Cooley Law School.
