ATTORNEY, ROSENBLAT LAW
Michael Rosenblat is an attorney at Rosenblat Law. Mr. Rosenblat’s law practice focuses on defending health care providers, white-collar defendants, and representing whistleblowers under the federal or state False Claims Act. As a former active duty Army Judge Advocate General, Mr. Rosenblat represents active duty and reservists in adverse military actions.
Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Rosenblat enlisted in the United States Army (1987 – 1993) and, in 1994 became an Assistant Attorney General with the Illinois Attorney General’s Office in Chicago, having served as Deputy Chief Criminal Prosecution, Deputy Chief Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (lead prosecutor), and Deputy Chief Special Litigation.
Mr. Rosenblat earned his B.A. in Political Science at the University of Illinois and his J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (f/k/a John Marshall Law School).
