Reid Fulkerson works as an Associate at Much in Chicago, IL where he focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, corporate governance, and corporate formation for closely held businesses. He represents both businesses and high-net-worth individuals in a variety of industries. Mr. Fulkerson received his B.S. in 2016 from the University of Illinois, majoring in Finance. He received his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2019.
