Adjunct Professor, University of Chicago Law School
Barry Taylor is an Adjunct Professor for the University of Chicago Law School, where he teaches Disability Rights Law. He also served as Vice President of Civil Rights and Systemic Litigation for Equip for Equality from 1996 to 2023. Prior to joining Equip for Equality, Mr. Taylor also worked as an AIDS Project Attorney for Lambda Legal and a litigation associate for a private law firm in Chicago.
Mr. Taylor received his Bachelor of Arts in 1985 from the University of Illinois, where he majored in Psychology and minored in Political Science and Speech Communication. He then received his J.D. in 1988 from the University of Illinois College of Law.
